Andrzej Wiczkowski, aged 46, married with three children, resident of Pietrzwałd – Ostróda Commune. Masters degree in teaching physical education and postgraduate studies in the field of bio-wellness and management. Previous occupation – Director of the School Complex in Pietrzwałd. 

Experienced local government official: served 16 years as a Councillor of Ostróda Commune, and in 2010-2014 as its Chairman. Since December 1, 2014 – Starosta of Ostróda – appointed by a resolution of Ostróda County Council.
